Auditions: Friday, June 2nd and Monday, June 5th  @ St. John’s Church (4pm-8pm)
Actors only need to attend one day of auditions. At auditions, actors will be asked to sing a short verse from a song in the show with our music directors. We will send out the song and lyrics ahead of time for people to practice with and we will also have them on-hand for everyone to use. We do not expect actors to memorize the song. Following this, they will be randomly paired with one or two other actors and will be asked to take part in a short improve scene that will be guided by our acting directors. Once completed, actors will have the choice to take part in an optional dance audition. For those actors that are interested in being cast as a "Lead Dancer" in the show, a dance audition is required. If an actor, chooses not to complete a dance audition, then their audition is over following the acting portion. On average, auditions will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour for each actor.

Callbacks: Sunday, June 11th @ St. Paul's Parish House (9am-3pm)
Following auditions, our staff will meet to begin the process of casting our show. During this time, staff members will identify specific actors that they would like to callback for a secondary audition if they believe, that it would be helpful for the casting process, to hear an actor perform again. At callbacks, actors will be asked to take part in a similar process to that which occurred at the original auditions. Please know, and we can't stress this enough, that although some actors may not receive a callback, this does not mean that they are not in the running to be cast as a lead in our show. Callbacks only allow our directors to obtain a more well-rounded view of an actor's abilities if they were not able to obtain that at the original auditions.

Read-Through: Monday, June 12th @ St. John's Church (6pm-9pm)
Once our show is cast, we will invite all characters with speaking roles to take part in an in-person read-through of the script. We will send out an email with the names/characters that will be called to this rehearsal on the day that the cast list is sent out.
